After payment confirmation and partner approval, you'll receive the voucher by email. You can also access it directly on the website in 'My Account' or through the link sent via WhatsApp.
We do not offer refunds, but you can REBOOK your experience for another date with up to 48h notice. Check our Cancellation Policy for more details.
Light rain doesn't automatically cancel the experience. In severe weather cases, the service provider will evaluate and may rebook. Always contact us to verify.
